7 Good Rules of Life

Whenever you catch your mind wandering or feel yourself going into thought patterns that do
not serve you…just put on a nice, big, glowing SMILE … keep it there for at least 60
seconds (or longer if you are so inclined) and see what happens to your disposition.

Be mindful of this lesson … catch yourself a few times per day and soon it will become automatic. I know is sounds silly but just give it a go…low cost…high reward potential!
