Your body works properly if you drink enough water to stay hydrated.   It will also help you eat less and lose weight.   If you feel thirsty, you are dehydrated.  But, what if you don’t like the taste of water and what if you’re addicted to sugary or chemical filled diet drinks?  Help break your soda and sugary drink addictions with naturally sweetened drinks.

Fruit Infused Water

Fruit infused drinks can help you lose weight, burn fat, ease stress, heal minor ailments and curb your sweet tooth.   Drinks like:

  • Metabolism Boosting Berry Blast (pictured above)
  • Fat Burning Grapefruit Peach Water
  • Peaches and Cream Homemade Soda
  • Strawberry Lemonade Ice Cubes
  • Mango Cucumber Spa Water
  • Lemon Lavender Hot Toddy

Your body is two-thirds water, so stay hydrated to cause your metabolic functions to work right.  It will also help you burn dangerous belly fat.

Since many fruits contain 70% to 90% water, eating fruits (veggies, etc.) counts towards your water intake.  Water also helps your body flex muscles, remove wastes, cushion joints, carry nutrients and oxygen to cells and convert food into energy.  Drink your water!

Aim to drink about half your weight in water every day.  So, if you weigh 160 pounds, drink about 80 ounces of water each day.

You could be experiencing dehydration if you have dry lips/mouth, dizziness, headaches, nausea or muscle cramps.  If you exercise, drink about a cup of water every 15 minutes.
