I’m not going to tell you how to eat this July 4th weekend. Well, maybe a little….only eat one serving at your cookouts, barbeques and tailgates this weekend (the more protein you eat the better). But, don’t skip your workouts! The workouts keep everything in check. And, walk as much as possible to stay active and burn more calories during the day.
And, if you aren’t exercising, this would be a great time to start. Try to maintain your pre-holiday weight during the long holiday weekend.
