Body Transformation Secrets

The secrets to body transformation are to do smart, hard workouts and eat healthy nutrition.  Its really that simple and that tough.  And, it takes time to transform your body to lean and toned.  Anyone can lose 10 pounds in 5 days….just starve yourself and you will lose weight.  But, that won’t transform your body.   And, you will gain 20 pounds as soon as you begin to eat again!

         

How would you like to lose 13 pounds of fat and gain 13 pounds of lean mass in 4 weeks?  Sure you would!  Sarah did just that.  She says,  “This gives me hope because I can see and feel my body changing!”   Even though my weight hasn’t changed much, my body is different already!” 

The important thing is that Sarah will lose the weight and it will stay off!  Why?  Because she is transforming her body the right way.   She is changing her body’s composition (more muscle mass, less fat mass) with smart training and healthy nutrition.  Also, her metabolism is speeding up! 

Sarah uses Her Fitness Hut’s Fat Blaster Athletic Training System.  My system incorporates challenging, athletic circuit weight training and interval cardio training.  Weight training workouts are 30-50 minutes (3 times a week) and interval cardio workouts are 20 minutes (2-3 times a week).  You don’t need to spend 2 hours in the gym to burn fat and lose weight! 

So, Sarah just needs to continue to build and maintain her muscle mass.  Her muscles will shrink (atrophy) if she doesn’t continue to do strength training (muscle does not ever change into fat).  Fat cells do shrink but they will fill up again when you are inactive for a long period of time.
