Supplements For Energy And Weight Loss?
Don’t depend on supplements for energy and weight loss. Depend on healthy foods for most of your nutrition and energy. Supplements are just that—supplements! Don’t depend on supplements to lose weight. Burn fat and lose weight primarily with regular exercise and a healthy meal plan. Its also been proven that you won’t be mentally sharp if your nutrition is lacking.
Also, pre- and post-workout meals are just as critical for your muscle growth (hypertrophy) as the training.
Muscle growth speeds up your metabolism. These two processes work together to make your fat-burning program successful. The rigors of training breaks down your body and you need proper nutrition and rest to rebuild your body leaner and better.
Ever wonder why your body fat won’t decrease? Its mainly due to poor nutrition and lack of exercise! Don’t depend on supplements to burn fat.
Cut out these type foods: sodas, sugary fruit juice drinks, candy, cookies, donuts, fried meats and fried foods, fast foods, ketchup and mayonnaise
Add more of these type foods: whole grain breads, whole grain cereals, oatmeal, almonds, nuts, low-fat dairy products, low-fat yogurt, fruits, veggies, unsweetened tea, water, lean meats (baked, broiled or grilled), olive oil, cinnamon, mustard. You get the idea!
